Your satisfaction is our priority. To maintain product quality and transparency in customer service, we offer return and refund facilities under certain conditions.


1. Eligible reasons for return:


We only accept returns in the following situations:

Received different product (does not match the order)

Product broken or damaged during delivery

Defective or faulty product

Incomplete delivery (if some items in the order are missing)

Return deadline:

You must contact our customer care within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return.


2. The following products are not returnable:


Used products

Health and personal care items (e.g. Trimmer, Steamer, Toothbrush)

Opened or wet products (e.g. Groceries)

Offer/discounted products (unless otherwise stated in the return policy)

Request after 3 days of delivery


3. What is required for return:


Product with original package, tag and bill
Visual evidence (photo/video) – if the product is damaged
Customer may have to send the product back to the address provided by us (Pick-Up support is provided in special cases)


4. Refund process:


We verify the product after receiving it.
If the return is acceptable after verification, the money will be refunded within a maximum of 7 working days.
Refund method: Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad), bank transfer or alternative method.
In case of cash on delivery payment, the refund is given to the bKash/Nagad account.


5. Exchange (replacement of product):


You can exchange any other product of the same value, subject to stock availability.
The exchange process will be as per the return rules.
